PILATES MASSAGE MOVEMENT: The Story
My name is Claire. I have been in the health & fitness industry for over 23yrs and in this time I have seen various forms of exercise trends and fads mostly very beneficial to a healthy lifestyle... some a little on the crazy side...and some like Pilates that stand the test of time.
I have pushed my body to its limits on many occasions through sport & work and fought back from injury, repetitive work movements and overuse injuries and just like most people I have had lots of wear and tear on my body. It was through Pilates and regular massage that I was able to manage my injuries and avoid surgery.
With my experience and qualifications I believe I can help you move and feel better by combining Pilates training and massage therapy to release tight inhibiting muscles and restricted movements that lead to lower back pain, neck - shoulder pain and tightness in the hips and back. I can help you find free movement and natural posture and you will begin to feel better and move better.
